Advanced High-Efficiency Radiator Core Technology
Zantherm radiator cores utilize advanced vacuum brazing technology, delivering high strength and low thermal resistance—making them the optimal choice for your engine radiator. Based on your engine’s operating conditions and heat exchange requirements, we offer three core structures: plate-fin heat exchangers, finned-tube heat exchangers, and microchannel heat exchangers. We select the most suitable fin configuration and optimize fin density to enhance air-side heat transfer efficiency. We utilize internally multi-channel flat tubes and support internal turbulator designs within the tubes to improve internal heat transfer. Leveraging advanced radiator core technology, Zantherm customizes high-performance radiator heat exchangers for you and delivers them on time.
Rugged Construction & Proven Reliability Radiator
Radiators operate continuously alongside engines in harsh environments characterized by intense vibration, demanding exceptional structural strength. High-strength Zantherm radiators, manufactured using vacuum brazing technology, not only deliver stable performance under such conditions but also withstand engine pressure surges and corrosive environments. Each radiator undergoes a comprehensive pressure cycle and leak testing for validation. Vibration testing and burst pressure testing can be performed as required to ensure delivery of highly reliable radiators. For marine environments with high salt fog exposure, we provide specialized anti-corrosion coatings. Spark-free fan assemblies are available to meet explosion-proof requirements.
