Your drawings, technical data, project requirements, and commercial information may contain sensitive or proprietary information. Zantherm treats confidential information shared during project evaluation, engineering discussions, and manufacturing cooperation with appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
Where required, we can work under a mutually agreed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before detailed project information is exchanged.
What We Protect
Your Project Information Stays Confidential
Confidential information may be shared in many forms throughout a custom heat exchanger project. Depending on the project, this may include:
Engineering Drawings & CAD Files
2D drawings, 3D models, CAD files, sketches, revisions, and other design documentation.
Technical & Performance Data
Thermal calculations, pressure requirements, operating conditions, performance specifications, and other technical parameters.
Product & Manufacturing Information
Product designs, material selections, manufacturing requirements, process information, and project-specific technical solutions.
Commercial & Project Information
Pricing information, project specifications, procurement requirements, and other non-public business information.
Engineering Communications
Technical recommendations, design discussions, optimization proposals, meeting notes, and other project-related communications.
Simple NDA Process
A Simple NDA Process Before Detailed Project Discussions
Let us know if your project requires an NDA before drawings, specifications, or other confidential information are shared.
You may provide your company NDA for review, or both parties may discuss an appropriate mutual NDA for the project.
The NDA terms are reviewed and agreed by both parties before confidential project information is exchanged where required.
Once the confidentiality arrangements are in place, the project can proceed to detailed technical evaluation and engineering discussions.
Our NDA Commitment
Confidential information is used only for the agreed project evaluation, engineering, manufacturing, or business cooperation purposes.
We do not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior authorization, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or otherwise permitted under the applicable NDA.
Project-specific confidential information, drawings, technical solutions, and engineering materials are not used outside the purposes agreed with the customer.
Confidentiality can apply to information disclosed by either party. A mutual NDA can therefore protect both customer information and proprietary engineering or commercial information exchanged by Zantherm.

Handling of Confidential Project Information
Confidential project information is handled in accordance with the agreed confidentiality requirements and used for the relevant project purpose.
Where return, deletion, or destruction of confidential materials is required, the applicable NDA terms and agreed written requirements will govern how those materials are handled.
Yes. If confidentiality is required before detailed technical information is exchanged, NDA arrangements can be discussed before you provide drawings, specifications, or other sensitive project information.
You can provide your company NDA for review. The applicable confidentiality terms can then be discussed and agreed by both parties before confidential information is exchanged.
